FACILITY USE AGREEMENT - Rental Application

Irwindale Community Center
The Irwindale Community center is located at:

Rent Irwindale’s fully accessible community center. Enjoy the Spanish-style patio especially during the summer months. The Irwindale Community Center has convenient parking and is available for rent.

Irwindale Mission

The Irwindale Mission is located at:

Irwindale, CA 91706

Guadalupe Mission is a city-owned facility available for rental. Our Lady of Guadalupe Mission on Arrow Highway at Morada Street was erected from rocks from the San Gabriel River in 1919.

Security

  • Security is required when alcohol or music (i.e. live band, DJ, instruments, etc.) is included at the function
  • Contact security company directly to arrange for certificate of security.

Insurance Required

  • The applicant to furnish a Certificate of Insurance naming the City as additionally insured.
  • The amount of insurance shall not be less than $1,000.000 per occurrence of commercial general liability insurance.
  • City will provide quote for insurance, based on the type of rental and number of rental days requested.

Alcohol

  • The responsibility for obtaining all required permits from the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control ("ABC") is the duty of the applicant and necessary when selling alcohol.
