Dog Obedience Class
Through respectful positive reinforcement training, you can work with your dog to do some truly amazing things. In this class, we will be building up their abilities to walk next to you on a leash, to build focus in a public setting, socializing with humans and their dogs, work through safety scenarios, and so much more. Open to beginner puppies or dogs of all ages and breeds.

Indoor Pickleball
Pickleball is a racket sport that combines elements of badminton, tennis and table tennis. Come learn to play this fun sport with us! All levels welcome, from beginners to advanced. This class requires a minimum of 6 students to be registered for this class to begin with a maximum of 16 players.

Then join us on a 10 week journey as we learn ways to help live a health and wellness lifestyle based on your individual goals so that you can THRIVE and SHINE. We will also learn healthy recipes and ways to include our families on the journey to being better you.
