Information Wanted in Domestic Violence Incident at Irwindale Speedway

CRIME:    Domestic Violence incident that occurred between a  24-year-old female and a 23-year-old male 

LOCATION:    Irwindale Speedway Parking Lot,   500 Speedway Drive, Irwindale, CA 91706

DATE/TIME:    Thursday, August 12, 2021 at about 7:40 P.M.

INCIDENT:   The Irwindale Police Department is seeking information from the public regarding a domestic violence incident that occurred in the parking lot access road at the Irwindale Speedway during a racing event on Thursday, August 12, 2021 at about 7:40 P.M.  

Videos of the incident captured by spectators have been posted and widely shared on social media, including the attached photograph which was captured from a video posted on an unknown Instagram account. 

The Irwindale Police Department is currently investigating this incident and are actively looking for anyone who may have witnessed this altercation and/or recorded video of the incident.  We are also seeking the identity of the person who recorded and originally posted the attached video.
