|This nonprofit, community based organization is designed to revitalize and strengthen neighborhoods by preserving and expanding affordable housing for low and moderate income households. The center also operates a homeowners hotline (888-995-4673) that connects at-risk homeowners with an expert mortgage default counselor 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for immediate help and guidance. Face to face counseling is also available.
