[ARCHIVED] Inaugural Awards Banquet Honors IPD Employees

The Irwindale Police Department recently recognized our officers and other personnel at the department's Inaugural Employee Awards Banquet on Wednesday, January 27th.

The first-ever awards ceremony honored Medal of Valor, Life Saving, Distinguished Service and Meritorious Service honorees, as well as the Police Officers of the Year and the Civilian Employees of the Year for 2014 and 2015.

The banquet was held at the Southern California Edison's Energy Education Center in the city of Irwindale and was hosted by Chief of Police Anthony Miranda. Honored guests included Mayor Mark A. Breceda, Mayor Pro Tem Albert F. Ambriz, Council Member Larry G. Burrola, Council Member H. Manuel Ortiz, City Manager John Davidson, and Vice President of Southern California Edison Lisa Cagnolatti.
