The Irwindale Police Department was pleased to once again be a part of the annual "Christmas Spectacular & Mayor's Tree Lighting Ceremony" at the Irwindale City Park on Friday, December 4th.

The community joined Mayor Mark Breceda and members of the City Council as they lit the park's Christmas tree and enjoyed the food, train rides, bounce house and fun!

Santa Claus got an official police escort to the event courtesy of Chief Miranda, showing up in our 1961 Dodge Polara police car with the red lights and siren on!

It was a fun night and the police department was pleased to be a part of the festivities.

The park's Christmas tree and the plaza fountain will be lit for Christmas through the end of the holidays, so come by and check it out! ?
