Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule (ROPS)

Submission & Approval

In accordance with the provisions of Section 34177(l) of the California Community Redevelopment Law (Health and Safety Code Sections 33000 et seq.), the Successor Agency to the Irwindale Community Redevelopment Agency must prepare a Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule (ROPS) before each fiscal period, which must be approved by the First District Consolidated Oversight Board and submitted to the California Department of Finance, the State Controller's Office, and the county auditor-controller for review. Section 34177(l)(2)(C) also requires the Successor Agency to post the ROPS online.
