About Statement of Economic Interest (Form 700)
The Form 700: Statement of Economic Interest (SEI) is a form that state and local officials and designated employees must file to disclose their financial interests when assuming office, annually, and leaving office. Any officer or employee of the City of Irwindale who holds a position designed in the Conflict of Interest Code is required to disclose his or her financial interests.
Viewing Statements Of Economic Interest
Statements of Economic Interests are public documents. Upon request, any member of the public may inspect and copy any statement. Statement of Economic Interest forms may be obtained by visiting the office of the Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC) or the office of the City Clerk.

Government Code Section 87505 requires the City to post on its website the identify of elected officials that file a Form 700 Statement of Economic Interests. Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC) Form 700’s for the members of the City Council are on file in the City Clerk’s Office at Irwindale City Hall. Copies of Statements of Economic Interests for these elected officials may be obtained by visiting Irwindale City Hall, located at 5050 N. Irwindale Avenue, Irwindale, CA 91706. Statements of Economic Interests for some state and local government agency elected officers may be available in an electronic format on the Fair Political Practices Commission website.
