Library To-Go service is available Monday-Thursday from 9am - 6pm and Friday 11am – 6pm. Limited hours and days are available for in-person browsing and library computer use. Please contact the Library for current in-person service hours.
While we do not anticipate needing to do so, we will have limited capacity in order to allow for proper physical distancing for the safety of you and library staff, so it is possible staff will require you to wait until there is adequate space inside.

Yes. Every patron is allowed to stay in the library for a maximum of 1 hour per day, to allow for limited computer use and/or sufficient time to locate materials and check them out.
Limited computers will be available with a 45-minute/1 session maximum use allowance per day.
Our location will have limited or no seating available in order to keep library usage to a minimum. While you can bring in your own device, there will be no place to sit or plug in, and you will still be limited to the one-hour maximum time limit.
Yes, masks or face coverings are still required for both library staff and patrons. If you forgot to bring your mask, staff can provide you with one. Please note that face shields cannot be used as a substitute for a cloth face mask or covering, as outlined in the California Department of Public Health Face Covering Guidance.
We are not accepting donations at this time and until further notice.
We will not be holding in-library storytimes or other programming until further notice. We are offering a wide variety of virtual programming, such as live Zoom meetups, storytimes, online book clubs and much more, as well as occasional outdoor events. Please check our website for updated information.
All passport cards will be mailed using First Class Mail. Passport cards cannot be delivered using Priority Express.
Your citizenship evidence will be mailed back separately from your new passport.
*Passport Services will Express Mail your expedited passport book back to you (1-2 day delivery time) for an additional $15.89 and can be included in the Passport Services payment. Passport Services cannot Express Mail a passport card back to you.
The City Clerk's Office offers Express Mail to deliver your application overnight to Passport Services (1-2 day delivery time). This fee is $24.70 for Express Mail service and can be included in the City payment.
